Presenting… SCAREDY CATS, your screenprinted rendition of this year’s annual Creekside Meetup art!
This poster was created using a fully analog design process, from start to finish. I first illustrated the artwork to scale at 12x18, then used that illustration as a template to create the layers. I hand-cut each layer from rubylith film, which I used as stencils to burn the screens. From there, I screenprinted each layer by hand on my trusty Accuglide press, and violá… Scaredy Cats. The copper stardream editions look exceptionally pretty.
I’ll have these for sale in person at Union Craft Brewing’s Creekside Meetup, taking place on Halloween day from 12-5. Be sure to check it out if you’re in Baltimore for Billyween, gonna be a hell of a good time!
